Willowby by watters - Holden

The Dress This dress is from bhldn with the company being Willowby by Watters. It is a beautiful dress that I bought back in 2020 for a secondary dress to wear to my reception party once Covid had tampered down. I only wore the dress for 5 hours total, as this was the party dress not the ceremony dress. The dress has the bottom layer that is not white, more like a creamy pink with a mauve undertone. That is overlayed by beautiful white lace that have flowers appliquéd. The bottom train is made of very full beautiful tulle. The dress itself is sized as a 6 but I am usually an 8 in every clothing brand. The dress was altered to fit my body. If you are an 8 or lower this is the dress for you. There will be no room to let it out. But taking it in will be the option here. I also spent A LOT of money on the beautiful custom bustle. There are 17 different hooks to bustle up to show the amazing amount of tulle. My tailor hated me but we both found in the end it was a great decision to keep all the tulle. The bustle is perfect for dancing and enjoying the night sans the train. I will provide a video for understanding the bustle. Alterations It was let out from a 6 to an 8. The bustle is custom with 17 hooks to pull up to form the amazing bustle you see in the picture. I have a video of the bustle to put together so you won’t be left hanging! I also have cups put in for a no bra look.
