Designer unknown because this was a sample. Absolutely clean and no imperfections. Best feature of the dress is the fabric -- a raw silk that is soft (not slippery or shiny). It is neither bright white nor the usual off-white. Raw silk has a distinctive color that I'd describe like a pale cream. "Cupholder" sleeves can be removed for a totally strapless look; they are not functional to holding up the dress. Can provide crinoline with sale if interested.
